A one-person exhibition of book-art
The idea behind this ‘Library’ is to alter the perceived notion of what a book can be. Book Art is the reinterpretation of a book as an art object.
"When I was a child I made storybooks because I loved to draw and paint and make things. As an adult I’m continuing the process with my artist books, infusing them with the ideas, obsessions, personal stories, and philosophy of life that I have acquired over time. I think of my book works as reliquaries, and the book format as a repository for the techniques that interest me as an artist."
