Eun Jin Song describes her work:
Every person is special.
A person is continually expressing one¹s own thoughts and emitting one's own energy.
A person is just like a volcano that never cools down.
That is why I like people and I enjoy drawing them.
My atelier is located in mid-town Manhattan. New York is fast-paced and chaotic.
I love New York, because New York is full of people.
We are all special.

The work in this exhibition are mostly narratives about her motherhood. Her work is very competently expressive, personal and affectionate. This is Song's first one-person show in New York.

November 4th through 30th, 2006
